New Zealand’s Leading Design Store Re-Frames Itself

New Zealand’s Leading Design Store Re-Frames Itself.

New Zealand's first and favourite online design store endemicworld.com has re-launched today, unveiling a new focus on art and design prints from New Zealand and international talent. Or, as Director Elliot Alexander puts it: “Saving blank walls, one print at a time.”

Click for big version.

Opening its online doors in 2007, endemicworld quickly became known as the home of cool, clever and creative New Zealand design. It’s an eye for great design, carefully curated, that has made endemicworld such a success. And now, that same ‘endemic eye’ will be honed on finding the best design prints from New Zealand and around the world.

While the product catalogue itself may have changed, customers can still expect the same level of quality and customer service that has made endemicworld such a popular brand. The $5 flat rate shipping (on any product, anywhere in New Zealand) is also staying.

New prints will be released regularly, including limited edition versions of popular prints in new colourways, and new designers will be brought on board from New Zealand, Australia and further afield. Acclaimed New York designer Swissted and Melbourne’s Inaluxe are among the first international names.

Endemicworld’s prints cover a wide range of styles and mediums to suit all tastes. Elliot says: “We’ve got letterpress and hand-screened prints, affordable reproductions of original painted works, digital illustrations, large format posters, even spray painted stencil and screen-print combos. The styles are just as varied – bright hypercolour prints, hand-drawn, typographic statements for your wall, bold and geometric, street art style, cute and feminine, tongue-in-cheek…”

Visitors can search prints by price range or popularity, and - to find a design that suits the style of their home or office - by colour, too. Elliot adds: “You can save prints to your own personal wishlist on the site and return to it later, or share your favourite designs with friends through Facebook or Twitter. Or pin them to a Pinterest board, of course.”

A range of affordable frames and hanging products is in the works, and a small collection of gifts and designer goods will still be available, including a few bestsellers and a regular roster of brand new products.

The endemicworld blog will also be offering more to design lovers, with regular posts through the week including interior inspiration, design finds from around the world, behind-the-scenes artist interviews and more.

To celebrate the re-launch, endemicworld are giving away three framed prints curated to your own style. To enter visit www.endemicworld.com
