Kiwis Continue Love Affair with the UK & Europe

The number of Kiwis travelling to the UK and Europe increased in August 2012 compared to the same month of the previous year, and is expected to continue increasing as Kiwis look to take advantage of great airfares combined with the strong New Zealand dollar.

To coincide, Flight Centre will again hold the largest travel show dedicated to the UK and Europe in Christchurch, on Sunday 28 October.

Flight Centre New Zealand’s executive general manager, Mike Friend, said that the strength of the Kiwi dollar is driving international travel, as Kiwis are getting some great deals and can continue reaping the rewards while they are overseas.
