Kiwibank Drops Restrictions on Home Loan Specials
Kiwibank has today dropped the 30% equity requirement on its 4.99% p.a. specials for six months, one year and two year home loans.
The special rates were launched three weeks ago, with the two-year rate significantly lower than competing banks.
Standard lending criteria will apply.
