Appointment of Non Executive Director

The board of thl are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Rob Campbell as a non executive director of the company effective 6th May 2013.

Rob has over 20 years’ experience in investment management and corporate governance. Rob is currently Chair of Guinness Peat Group Limited (UK) and Summerset Group Holdings Limited (NZ), and a director of Precinct Properties and Turners and Growers.

He is a director of substantial private companies based in Australia, the UK and New Zealand. In addition he is a director of or advisor to a number of hedge and private equity funds in a number of countries. Rob trained as an economist and has worked in a variety of capital market advisory and governance roles over a long period.

Chairman of thl Keith Smith said, “We are very pleased to have a director of Rob’s experience and capability joining the board of thl. In multiple roles over an extended period of time Rob has clearly demonstrated an ability to assist companies achieve their potential.”

Independent director, Graeme Wong who is leading the board sub-committee on board appointments noted “The process of appointing new directors is proceeding well and will continue over the coming months with the expectation of at least one more appointment to the board.”

Rob will be an independent director based in Auckland and will bring the total number of independent directors to five and the total number of directors to six.
