Jetstar invites aspiring travel bloggers to Take on the World

online video contest.
• Winners receive a
once-in-a-lifetime trip and might have their special holiday
footage included in Jetstar advertising.
Jetstar believes that everyone has someone, something or somewhere waiting for them. In a contest* running across Jetstar regions in Asia Pacific, Jetstar will make the travel dreams of three lucky winners in New Zealand and Australia come true.
From flights and accommodation, to transfers and spending money, Jetstar will provide the winners with what they need to ‘Take on the World’ and be united with a special person, place or experience. The winners can bring up to four companions along on their journey to share this once-in-a-lifetime trip with the people that matter most.
The Take on the World campaign is on now in New Zealand and to enter, Jetstar is inviting New Zealander’s 18 and over to share their personal travel aspirations at www.jetstartakeontheworld.com by [7pm, Friday 3 May 2013]. Participants must submit their entry online in the form of a short video clip, explaining their dream trip and why it is so important to them.
Winners will experience their trip of a lifetime and become Jetstar brand ambassadors. Ambassadors and their companions must be able to travel [for 5 days between Tuesday 28 May and Tuesday 25 June 2013] and will be tasked with documenting their journey and capturing photos and video content to create a lasting memory of their special experience.

Travel dreams of all shapes and sizes are welcome in the competition, from longed-for family reunions to childhood adventure daydreams or simply personal wish-list holiday destinations. Whilst filming creativity is encouraged, the winners will be selected based on the originality and meaning of their story.
