PwC is recognised as one of Wellington’s most attractive employers at the Randstad Awards 2013
PwC has taken home the ‘Most Attractive Employer - Competitive Salary & Employee Benefits Wellington’ special category award at the Randstad Awards, held this morning in Wellington.
PwC Partner Chris Leatham says, “As a people business, we invest heavily in our people as we know great people make a great business.
“We’re honoured to be recognised in this way, but even more proud of our people who make us the no 1 leading professional services firm and allow us to reward their talents and efforts fairly.”
The Randstad
Awards were presented in front of senior executives from 150
of New Zealand’s largest employers, and recognise the
organisations New Zealanders find the most attractive to
work with.
This year, Randstad’s employer
branding research found Wellingtonians now place receiving
better pay and benefits as the most important consideration
when choosing an employer. A pleasant working atmosphere
came in second place, followed by a good work-life balance.
“PwC goes to extraordinary lengths to search for motivated and energetic problem solvers that allow us to measure, protect and enhance what matters most to our clients. To attract the best we offer the best opportunities, from a competitive salary to overseas secondment options.”
“The award is testament to the talents and strength of our team who make PwC successful today,” concludes Mr Leatham.
The Randstad Award 2013 is based on the perceptions of more than 7,000 New Zealanders. Organisations cannot nominate themselves to enter, with the award being based on feedback from the general public.
