Award
Great organisations recognise that design is an investment.
The Best Effect Award measures the return on the design investment and the impact of that return on the organisation's overall performance.
You can enter based on an individual design or an integrated programme of design work from across the Best Award disciplines - Graphic, Interactive, Product and Spatial.
Each entry will have to demonstrate how a key organisation measures like - profit, sales, client retention, cost of sales has been impacted positively by the application of design.
Nga Aho Award
The Ngā Aho Award for Aotearoaness recognises design excellence in two areas:
1. Aotearoanes
Design that reflects a clear understanding of who we are and where we are in our unique corner of Moana nui a Kiwa, the Pacific Ocean, by responding to our indigenous culture, heritage and sense of place.
2. Collaborative practic
Design that results from meaningful collaboration.
Ngā Aho recognises the collaborative practice of ‘co-design’, requiring an effective and measureable engagement between designers and clients, as Best practice when working within and between cultures.
