Tracmap – wins prestigious Richard Pearse Award

Tracmap –wins prestigious Richard Pearse Award for aviation innovation 2013  

Dunedin based Tracmap, specialists in precision applications for agricultural aviation and situation awareness for people operating aircraft and vehicles in challenging environments is the winner of this years prestigious Richard Pearse award for innovation in aviation.

Joining other prestigious companies :

o       LanzaTech (2012) –  biofuels developer and winner of a Green Oscar  

o       Altitude (2011) – an Air New Zealand owned interior fit out and design company

o       Spidertracks (2010) – developer of global GPS live time tracking systems for aircraft 

Tracmap joins the line up of globally recognised leading edge companies who have developed their point of difference and typify the highly innovative and agile New Zealand aviation industry.

Irene King Chief Executive of the Aviation Industry Association said Tracmap joined the Richard Pearse alumni because it epitomises the values of leading edge design, innovative solutions and development of world class systems for accurate placement of fertilizers, baits and cluster baits both protecting and enhancing our environment.
