New Online System Takes Hassle Out Of Recruitment Process
Finding the right person for a job has become much simpler and more affordable for employers since the latest release from QJumpers, a unique online recruitment system.
It is the first on-demand applicant management system in New Zealand that employers can use when and however they like, from anywhere. It allows them to easily advertise through multiple channels, including social media, saving hours of administration time.
The cloud-based system, developed by Tauranga-based recruitment software company QJumpers, is a flexible, on demand system. Employers can link to their vacancy from anywhere and bring jobseekers back into one account which makes the process much easier to manage.
With QJumpers, employers only pay for what they need.
The system offers a centralised recruitment database, creates talent pools from previous applicants or those that have registered their interest with an organisation, and offers the ability to set up multiple users and permission levels.
Users essentially pay for the use of the software when needed, and can link applicants to it from whichever advertising medium they chose to use.
When applications come in, the system organises the applicants and helps the user to easily manage a shortlist and chose a successful candidate.
The software allows clients to manage administrative tasks associated with finding a new employee quickly and easily, which reduces the cost of recruitment in the process.
“If an employer is managing applicants through their inbox, and then viewing and storing applications and CVs, it can be a big administrative process”, explained QJumpers’ Marketing Specialist Gretchen Kebbell.
“Having them all in one central location makes it easy and time-efficient to find applicants and you’re not at risk of misplacing information. With a few clicks of the mouse you can keep applicants informed, and let them know if they were unsuccessful for example”, she said.
“Otherwise you may have to do this by replying to each applicant individually, copying and pasting, or even worse, not replying at all.”
Just a few weeks after the launch of the innovative applicant management system, user feedback has been extremely positive.
“Employers love having the choice of where to advertise, and find it great to have an affordable system that doesn’t require license fees or commissions on placements”, Mrs Kebbell said.
