Deloitte tax partner wins prestigious award 

Deloitte New Zealand’s Diana Maitland recognised as leading transfer pricing advisor  

Deloitte New Zealand Tax Partner Diana Maitland has won the leading advisor in transfer pricing law award at the Euromoney Legal Media Group Australasia Women in Business Law Awards announced in Sydney on August 15.  She was a finalist in the same category last year.

This win comes on the back of Diana also being recognised as a global leader in transfer pricing, appearing in the 2013 Guide to the World’s Leading Transfer Pricing Advisors.

Managing Tax Partner Ross Milne says that Diana’s success is a fantastic achievement, particularly given the scope of the awards put her up against leading transfer pricing advisors from across Australasia.

“Winning at these awards for the second straight year proves the strength of Deloitte’s tax team and is further recognition of the excellent work that all our partners and staff put in on a daily basis,” says Mr Milne.

This is the second year that the awards have been held in Sydney.  They celebrate progress in business law gender diversity, innovation, mentoring and talent management. The awards are an opportunity to highlight the achievements of leading women lawyers across Australasia.
