Jennian Homes: New Zealand’s Most Awarded Home Builder
Tauranga, New Zealand - 11 September, 2013 - Jennian Homes has once again outclassed its rivals with a medal haul to be proud of in the annual Registered Master Builders 2013 House of the Year Awards.
The 11 regional Registered Master Builders competitions held in July and August have seen Jennian franchisees winning 47 awards, almost doubling the tally of any other building company.
Four Jennian franchisees have also had their homes awarded Gold Reserve status. These award winning homes will contest the national awards competition at a gala awards dinner in Auckland on the 16th November. Each of these homes has the opportunity to take out the national award in their category as well as the ultimate accolade – the Supreme Award for House of the Year in 2013.
Jennian has a proud record in the annual Registered Master Builders House of the Year competition, being able to claim the ‘most awarded builder’ tag throughout the history of the competition.
Jennian Homes Franchisor Richard Carver says that the House of the Year competition is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the excellent construction work undertaken by Jennian franchisees.
“Jennian has been building quality homes for over 30 years and this year’s award results are testament to the excellence and expertise that our Franchisees put into every Jennian home that we build,” he says
“We take real pride in building homes that are customised to our clients’ dreams and aspirations and we’re proud to celebrate the recognition of excellence that goes into these homes through this year’s outstanding award achievements.”
Every Jennian franchisee that entered the competition this year has won awards in their region with six topping their categories. The Gold Reserve National Finalists are Jennian Homes Coromandel, Jennian Homes Canterbury, Jennian Homes Mid-Canterbury and Jennian Homes Otago.
