Nelson Businesses Shine in Fast 50 Regional Awards

Nelson Businesses Shine in Fast 50 Regional Awards

Each year accounting firm Deloitte recognises the growth achievements of business categories throughout the country to highlight who is standing out locally. Last night (12 September) five regional cocktail parties were held simultaneously around the country. At these events it was revealed who won the business categories as well as announcing some up and coming rising stars for each region.

Nelson businesses shone at the regional awards with Pic's Peanut Butter winning the Fastest growing mature business (Wellington and Lower North Island), Redwood cellars (old Mout Cider) winning Fastest growing retail or consumer products business (Canterbury and Upper South Island) and McCashin's Brewery winning the Fastest growing manufacturer (Canterbury and Upper South Island).

The National category winners will be announced at the ‘Festival of Fast Growth’ at the 6 November 2013 Wrap Party along with the Deloitte Fast 50 index.
