PINNACLE LIFE Introduces New “Add on” to
Their Life Insurance Policies
Pinnacle Life unveils a new 'add on' feature to its life insurance policies. This new 'tick box' option allows policy holders to increase their life cover by 50% for accidental death.
The new 'tick box' feature being introduced by PINNACLE LIFE allows policy holders to increase their accidental death coverage by 50% for just a 20% increase in their current premiums.
There are many reasons why a person may choose to increase their accidental death insurance coverage. However, the main reason is to provide their loved ones with the assurance that they will be taken care of financially in the event of an untimely accidental death. The sudden loss of a source of income can leave families struggling to get their affairs in order and make ends meet. Having sufficient accidental death coverage can provide them with the financial assurance they are going to need during the difficult days following an unexpected death.
This is the second 'tick box' add on to be offered to PINNACLE LIFE clients. The first one was introduced in 2010 and makes it possible for clients to get an early payment of 25% of their life cover in the event that they contract a serious illness and keep on living.
In 2007, PINNACLE LIFE became the first life insurance company in the World to offer fully underwritten life insurance products online, direct to consumers. The idea was to make the insurance buying process easier for people who know what amount of cover they need and who prefer buying online without the sales pressure.
Pinnacle’s website was designed to be easily navigated, easily understood and to provide clients with the best user experience possible. The insurance buying process via the Pinnacle website takes about ten minutes to complete for a life cover policy and the policy document is then emailed immediately to the client.
