We Are Waikato Awards Winners 2013
Property Council Waikato congratulates the winners of its ‘We Are Waikato’ awards for their outstanding contribution to the region. The event was a huge success with a record number of more than 200 delegates in attendance for its third year running.
The winners are proudly announced below:
Andrew Yeoman from Yeoman Developments took out the Arrow International Steven Alsemgeest Memorial Award for Young Achiever of the Year.
Ian Patton from Oakland Group was presented with Hawkins Construction Long Service Award.
New Zealand Transport Agency, Fulton Hogan and Opus International under the team name of Te Rapa Alliance for the Te Rapa section of the Waikato Expressway were awarded the Staples Rodway Best Regional Project Team Award.
McConnell Property took out the BNZ Urban Design and Architectural Merit Award for their outstanding contribution towards the development of PwC Centre and Titanium Park Stage 1.
Thomas Gibbons from McCaw Lewis Lawyers was awarded the Fonterra Property Industry Associate of the Year for his contribution and support to the development industry.
Ian Wolstencroft from Wolstencroft & Associates was awarded with the Foster Construction Outstanding Leadership Award for his contribution towards the Waikato DHB developments.
Fletcher Construction Judges Choice Award went to Wintec’s Siteworx team for overall contribution to the Waikato property industry.
Finally, Bevan Houlbrooke from CKL was awarded with the Special Service Award for his efforts towards the Proposed District Plan, vital to progress for the region.
