Finalists announced for Internet Awards
Finalists announced for the Australia and New Zealand Internet Awards
Australia and New
Zealand’s leading contributors to the use and development
of the Internet have been recognised, with 28 finalists
announced in Melbourne last week for the 2014 ANZIAs
(Australia and New Zealand Internet Awards - seewww.internetawards.org.au).
"I am pleased to see New Zealand finalists in two of the categories - RealMe in the Security and Online Safety category, and Ziln in the Innovation category. It is a tough competition, but I wish these Kiwi entries well in what looks like a tough competition with an amazing array of entries," says Jordan Carter, InternetNZ Chief Executive.
The ANZIAs recognise organisations, businesses and individuals who excel in delivering accessible, innovative, informative and secure resources to a diverse and wide community, on the Internet – both in Australia and New Zealand.
The awards are a collaboration between .au Domain Administration Lt (www.auda.org.au) and InternetNZ (www.internetnz.net.nz).
