Allen Realty Wins Again At REINZ Awards

The winning team at Allen Realty once again came away with an award from the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (REINZ) 2014 Awards for Excellence in Residential Property Management. These awards are held annually and this is the fourth year running that Allen Realty has successfully competed in the awards. As their Business Development Manager, Simon Allen reported, the competition was tough this year and saw the biggest ever number of entrants from around the
country.

As usual Allen Realty were honoured to once again be taking part and were thrilled to be awarded second in New Zealand for the ‘Small Office of the Year’ category to their Allen Realty Mt Eden branch. The awards were presented on Friday September 19 and Simon and the rest of the Allen Realty team would like to congratulate their Mt Eden team on their achievement and thank them for their continued excellence in property management. First place in this category actually went to a Christchurch office, so Allen Realty Mt Eden can be recognised as the top small office in Auckland!

Allen Realty credit their success to a continued dedication to providing outstanding customer service, as well as being one of the first property management companies in New Zealand to implement digital inspection reporting and Meth checks for rental properties.
