Internationally-awarded New Zealand mobile marketing company VMob today announced the appointment of mobile and digital industry veteran and recognised thought leader on mobile innovation, Belinda Simcox.
Widely regarded as an industry leader with a career spanning 30 years in New Zealand and North America, Belinda joins VMob in a digital strategy role where she will be working with customers to create their own unique use of the VMob platform. Close collaboration with the product team to drive ongoing development of platform features will round out her role.
High-profile roles held by Belinda include leading the mobile proposition and early mobile product roadmap, business analysis and mobile strategy for NZ Post ahead of launching Localist, senior advisor and project manager of New Zealand Trade and Enterprise’s ICT Mobile Innovation Project and numerous enterprise mobility strategy, product development and responsive online projects.
Other client experience includes Wellington City Council, Waitemata District Health Board, Air New Zealand, American Express, NZ Herald, New South Wales Health Australia, Westpac New Zealand, KiwiRail, Digital Island and PlaceMakers, spanning user centred research and insight design, business analysis, project management and advisory.
