New appointment at Mortgage Express

In a recent appointment, Wayne T’u is the newest Mortgage and Insurance Adviser to join the Mortgage Express team.

Prior to joining Barfoot & Thompson’s residential property division 2 years ago, Wayne spent 8 years in north and north eastern China, working for a major industrial property developer. During his time here, his role with the company required him to work alongside a diverse range of people, building on client relationships.

With a deeply entrenched customer service ethic, a thorough understanding of and first-hand experience in Auckland’s heated property market, Wayne believes he is well-equipped to provide sound financial advice when it comes to residential property.

“I assure my clients of my personalised, tailored service; it’s me thinking in their shoes and finding the best solution for their needs,” says Wayne.

Wayne’s strongest attributes are showing empathy and patience. “Working in a service industry with clients from all walks of life, it’s difficult to provide good service without these two qualities.

Without the human factor, it’s simply not customised service,” says Wayne.

Based at Harcourts’ Mt Eden office, Wayne provides a full range of mortgage services Auckland-wide.
