Brother Wins Sixth Straight Reader’s Choice Award
Brother has won the PCMag Reader’s Choice Awards for Printers for the sixth consecutive year, acknowledging customer satisfaction for product reliability, technical support and the cost of consumables.
Brother printers and all-in-ones also received top honours from business users, winning the PCMag Business Choice Award for Printers for the second year running.
The PCMag awards are conducted annually and are now in their 27th year. The survey polls the magazine’s readers on a variety of electronic products.
When PCMag combined the results for both the Reader’s Choice and Business Choice awards, Brother was number one in almost every satisfaction rating including overall satisfaction and reliability.
“We are very proud that readers of PC Magazine have recognised Brothers’ commitment to continually improve our service and support of our high quality products,” Brother International (NZ) Limited COO, Matthew Stroud, said.
“It’s also fantastic to see acknowledgment from business users who regard Brother as top–of-the-line when it comes to at-work devices.”
Brother was also recognised as the brand needing the least amount of technical assistance, and the brand most likely to be recommended.
Kiwis consistently rate Brother as the number one print brand for service and support according to GFK research in 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014.
It’s commitment to providing a superior level of customer support is evident by its New Zealand-based helpdesk and unique three-year onsite warranty commitment, which is unmatched by other print brands.
