training, is celebrating its 25th anniversary. Over these 25
years of business, KiwiHost's commitment to customer service
has remained its highest priority.
Developed by the
New Zealand Tourism Board, KiwiHost was designed to improve
the service offered by tourism operators around the country.
After a decade of training those businesses, the company was
moved into private hands a expanded its offering and client
base.
KiwiHost's training solutions, developed in New Zealand for New Zealand conditions, proved so successful that over 250,000 participants have attended a KiwiHost course from every industry sector imaginable.
The company has evolved from a government run business to a privately owned and nationwide franchised one. Over the last five years it has begun exporting its intellectual property and expertise to some of our nearest neighbours in the pacific, including Australia, Tonga and Norfolk Island. Today KiwiHost provides a range of over fifty training courses covering everything from sales & service, through to leadership and negotiation.
KiwiHost has continued its valued tradition of educating the masses. It now provides NZQA Accredited training to thousands of high school students throughout the country, ensuring a recognisable qualification for those entering the job market.
The company has never stopped adapting to the market place and increasingly adopted the role of researcher to ensure the data utilised in the training room reflected the sentiments of its New Zealand audience.
