Kordia steps up offerings for ME market

Today (March 27) Kordia NZ announces a new partnership with Vadacom to deliver a cloud-based PBX solution with lines and calling bundled together in one bill.

By partnering with Vadacom, Kordia is now able to provide a feature-rich end-to-end voice solution for medium enterprise customers; with a simple price per user per month for both their SIP and PBX solution and with no upfront costs

Kordia has recently launched a play for NZ’s ME market, expanding offerings and bundles to provide medium enterprise businesses a high quality connection and service previously available only to its large enterprise clients.

Drew Gilpin, director of sales and marketing at Kordia, says Vadacom is a natural choice for a PBX partnership.

“Vadacom has a wealth of experience in the ME market having provided PBX solutions to more than 500 businesses – from tech rock stars such as Xero right through to household brands such as Green Fingers,” Gilpin says.

“The company’s scalable system means customers can quickly add more users, branches and sites as their businesses grow – it also provides enterprise features at a price our ME customers can afford. Kordia customers won’t need to worry about managing costly hardware onsite and have the peace of mind that their PBX is now safe in Kordia’s Cloud, allowing them to focus on serving their customers and making money.“

Mr Gilpin says the timing of the relationship is excellent as awareness among MEs of cloud-based solutions grows and pressure comes on to stall or even reduce capital expenditure.

The Vadacom solution comes with the standard business features that customers’ need while also including features such as soft clients, simultaneous ringing, instant messaging, mobility and presence management. These high end features are usually only available with an enterprise PABX system – which often comes with an enterprise price to match.

Aaron Ridgway, Vadacom CEO, says Kordia’s agreement to resell Vadacom is testimony to the product quality and proven customer appeal.

“We are delighted to be partnering with Kordia who provide the most robust telco infrastructure to support our innovative cloud telephony solution. With the recent introduction of $1M in investment capital, we are looking forward to scaling our business with Kordia.”

The joint Kordia / Vadacom PBX offerings are available Kordia customers now.
