BNZ Partners with NZFSG

Partnership with NZFSG Sees BNZ Re-Enter Third-Party Market to Bring BNZ Home Loans to More New Zealanders

BNZ home loans will be available to New Zealand Financial Services Group (NZFSG) customers later this year. The partnership announced by the two organisations today marks the first time BNZ has offered its mortgages through a third party in just over 10 years.

BNZ CEO, Anthony Healy says NZFSG has a highly qualified national network of mortgage advisers and shares BNZ’s strong customer focus.

“The time is right for us to partner with NZFSG to make our market-leading home loan products available to more New Zealanders.”

“In an environment where home ownership is becoming increasingly complex we think that NZFSG brings expertise and customer focus to the table which aligns with our goal to help New Zealanders be good with money,” says Mr Healy.

“BNZ is pleased to partner with NZFSG as it shares BNZ’s high standards of customer care, not only when the home loan is written, but over the entire life of the loan.”

CEO of NZFSG, Brendon Smith says he is delighted to add BNZ’s home loan products to the options available via NZFSG’s network of mortgage advisers.

“BNZ delivers home loan products not currently available anywhere else in market so offering these as an option for customers, complements our current range of options perfectly” Mr Smith says.

Helping New Zealanders with their home loan needs for more than 20 years, NZFSG is New Zealand’s largest network of mortgage advisers.

BNZ products will be available through some NZFSG mortgage advisers in Auckland and Christchurch initially from mid-2015.
