Heritage Hotel Group signs up with AA Traveller
Heritage Hotel Management and AA Traveller are excited to announce a new partnership that provides more than 1.4 million AA Members competitive pricing for a full range of Heritage Group Hotels.
Twenty Heritage Hotels, all four-stars or more, are now part of AA Traveller’s offerings from today, including Heritage sister properties, Citylife and the Heritage Boutique Collection.
AA Tourism General Manager Grant Lilly says the new business relationship helps strengthen AA Traveller’s existing portfolio of hotels, providing a wider range of accommodation options to its Members.
“We’re pleased to be able to offer AA Members access to prime accommodation across some of New Zealand’s most popular destinations,” says Mr Lilly.
“The AA always strives to provide the best value for its Members and for accommodation providers who often end up losing revenue in the booking process due to the expensive rates charged by offshore online travel agencies (OTA’s). Our mission is to see this changed and as a local operator keep returns within the New Zealand domestic market,” adds Mr Lilly.
General Manager Sales and Marketing Heritage Hotel Management Tony Howlett says the re-launched AA Traveller website improves the functionality on mobile devices and enhances the customer experience, providing an excellent channel to showcase the Heritage Group of hotels.
“Heritage Hotels are thrilled to embark on this new partnership with AA Traveller. The AA is such an iconic New Zealand brand, known not only for its Roadside Assistance, but also for domestic travel, which will complement our country coverage of 20 hotels in 16 locations,” Mr Howlett says.
AA Traveller has more than 1700 properties across hotels, motels, holiday parks, apartments, B&Bs and backpackers. To stay up to date on accommodation discounts offered by AA Traveller click here, or visitwww.aatravel.co.nz.
