Frog 2015 iNTRAPRENEUR Breakfast Series
Frog 2015 iNTRAPRENEUR Breakfast Series:
Workplace Culture – why should we care?
Auckland’s top business leaders will be served valuable insights into workplace culture at an exclusive business breakfast later this month.
On the menu for the latest Frog Recruitment iNTRAPRENER Business Breakfast is a healthy discussion about organisational culture, addressing the key question, ‘why should we care?’
Over breakfast, two visionary leaders – Symon Brewis-Weston, CEO of Sovereign, and Mark Templeton, CEO of Aeroqual – will reveal insights into culture transformation within their own organisations, to an audience of eighty decision makers and influencers.
“Culture is currently a hot topic for New Zealand businesses, as more leaders recognise the role it plays in determining whether an organisation sinks or swims,” explains Frog Director, Jane Kennelly.
“Despite increased awareness, many businesses don’t know where to start, and how to implement cultural change. By sharing two inspiring accounts of turning culture on its head, we aim to challenge the ‘culture status quo’, as a means of promoting business success,” continues Ms. Kennelly.
Aimed at those focused on strategies for growth, increasing productivity, fostering employee engagement, and improving internal systems and processes, the event promises to address key questions, including; ‘Changing times call for a shift in strategy…so do we have to get ready for a shift in culture?’; Why push cultural transformation?’; ‘Why engage with your people?’ and, ‘Why should we care?’
Limited tickets are available for the ‘Culture: why should we care?’ business breakfast, being held on Tuesday, 30th June in the Grid AKL, Ground Floor event space, in Auckland’s Wynyard Quarter.
