Chapman Tripp Advises G3 on NXT’s First Listing

Chapman Tripp has advised G3 Group Limited (G3) on its listing today on NZX’s new market, NXT. G3 is the first company to list on the market, which has been designed for small and mid-sized businesses.
The Chapman Tripp team was led by partner Roger Wallis, assisted by senior associate Joshua Pringle and solicitor Briar Malpas.
Roger Wallis said: “We congratulate G3 on today’s listing, which marks a new era for New Zealand’s capital markets. The NXT should encourage more activity for growth issuers and we welcome its launch.”
Chapman Tripp has been involved in most of the major developments in New Zealand’s equity capital markets during the last few years, including eight of the 12 IPOs that listed on the NZX Main Board in 2014.
