AT acknowledges outgoing Transport Agency head
The
Board of Auckland Transport today farewelled one of its
foundation Directors, Geoff Dangerfield.
Mr Dangerfield, who is retiring, sits on the AT Board as the Chief Executive of the NZ Transport Agency (NZTA). He joined the Board on AT’s formation in 2010.
AT Chairman, Dr Lester Levy,
acknowledged his depth of understanding of the transport
sector. “Geoff brought us a valuable blend of governance
and management experience and he has been pivotal in the
alignment of NZTA policy and delivery with those of Auckland
Transport.”
