Announcing 42nd Annual PRINZ Awards finalists
The Public Relations Institute of New Zealand (PRINZ) announces 27 finalists in its 42nd annual industry Awards from a record 69 entries. Finalists will be awarded ‘Highly Commended’ or named category ‘Winner’ at the PRINZ Awards Gala dinner in Auckland on 12 May.
Winners in each category are now judged by a Supreme judging panel consisting of Lisa Finucane, Awards Chief Judge, Bruce Fraser, PRINZ President and Gordon Chesterman PRINZ Life member, to determine the Supreme Winner. The coveted ‘Supreme Award’ recipient will also be revealed at the PRINZ Awards Gala Dinner.
All category winners are eligible to enter the global COMM PRIX Awards organised by the Global Alliance for Public Relations and Communication Management.
The 2016 PRINZ Awards attracted 69 entries from the corporate, consultancy, and government sectors. From 12 available categories, the most entries were received in the ‘Internal Communications’ and ‘Sally Logan-Milne Young Practitioner of the Year’ categories, with 11 and 10 entries respectively.
