operational safety and human error specialist from Britain,
Dr Steve Jarvis, will be a key speaker at the Aviation
Leadership Summit organised by Aviation New Zealand at Shed
6 in Wellington on 28 and 29 June 2016.
‘Steve specialises in the real-world application of human science to aviation. He has designed and delivered training courses for aviation authorities, airlines and air forces around the World’ said John Nicholson, Acting Chief Executive of industry organisation Aviation NZ.
‘His New Zealand customers include Air New Zealand and Airways New Zealand, while his international portfolio of clients reads like a who’s who in aviation – both fixed wing and helicopters,’ said Nicholson.
This year’s aviation conference ‘Meeting tomorrow’s challenges and succeeding today’ will give delegates a better understanding of what the future holds, some ideas as to what they can do now to improve business performance, and showcase some New Zealand aviation companies that are succeeding internationally.
The Aviation Conference week starts on 25 June with two days of training for the agricultural and rotary sectors followed by divisional conferences and a Leadership Forum for all the industry on 28 and 29 June.
