Real estate company offers Kiwis chance to win a house

With real estate already the talk of the country, one real estate company is now offering people the chance to win their own home in a favourite spot.

National Manager of Century 21 New Zealand, Geoff Barnett, says his company is giving New Zealanders interested in buying or selling property the chance to win a new Sunshine Coast apartment valued at over $425,000.

“With the housing market is so prominent in the news at the moment, we thought we would add to the discussion with this incredible real estate opportunity. We know so many Kiwis love the Sunshine Coast. And what’s more, it’s pretty easy to get into the draw,” says Mr Barnett.

Any New Zealander can go into the draw to win the luxury two-bedroom apartment in Caloundra, Queensland, simply by requesting a free market appraisal, registering their details and then buying or selling property through Century 21, or by using the group’s property management services.

Mr Barnett says people can also enter the draw by attending a Century 21 open home across the country.

Owner and chairman of Century 21 Australasia, Charles Tarbey says: “There are thousands of New Zealanders looking to transact property at the moment. Our competition is an added incentive for Kiwis to explore their options with one of our agents.

“It takes less than a minute to register and the upside could be winning a great home, holiday apartment or even investment property. In addition to the apartment giveaway, over $20,000 in a cash prize is also on offer if the competition winner was referred by a friend.

“The giveaway allows us to potentially reward a repeat or loyal customer while also getting even more people thinking ‘Century 21’ when they think about property,” says Mr Tarbey.

Mr Barnett says Century 21 is on a growth drive across New Zealand with an eye to list more properties, open more branches, and employ more people.

The brand new, two-bedroom apartment is part of the Ocean Verge project located in the thriving coastal community of Caloundra. The development is expected to be completed in June 2017.

The apartment is positioned within walking distance from the city centre and surrounding beaches, including one of Caloundra’s premier surf locations, Kings Beach.

“If a property transaction has long been on your mind, we think we’re now providing a very good reason to investigate it further. Not only will you get great advice from Century 21 but you could walk away with a dream property for doing so,” says Mr Tarbey.

Up until the draw closes, anyone who buys or sells property through Century 21 will automatically be entered without the need to register.
