Four new NZTech board members appointed

Four new NZTech board members appointed

SparkTank chief executive Rachel Kelly and Augen Software group director Mitchell Pham are among four new board members who have been voted on to the board at NZTech.

Microsoft managing director Barrie Sheers and a Callaghan Innovation business group manager Erin Wansbrough are other board members approved at yesterday’s annual meeting.

Retiring board members are Trimble’s Mark Nichols, Swaytech’s Bob Pinchin, Callaghan Innovation’s Jonathan Miller, SnapComms’ Sarah Perry and Tech Futures Labs’ Frances Valintine.

A new chair to replace outgoing chair Bennett Medary will be appointed at the board meeting next month.
