Cloud consultant Sasan Rashidmardani joins Equinox IT

Sasan Rashidmardani, an experienced cloud architecture consultant, has joined Equinox IT in Auckland.

Rashidmardani takes up the role of Senior Consultant – Cloud Solution Architecture, where he will help Equinox IT clients successfully design, adopt and migrate to the latest cloud platforms, and in particular Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS).

“Cloud is becoming increasingly complex as business expectations rise and technologies advance. Companies need to be informed about the opportunities, benefits and costs of cloud adoption and I’m excited to help these companies be successful with cloud through our services at Equinox IT” says Rashidmardani.

Rashidmardani joins Equinox IT from Fronde where he was the Lead AWS Solution Architect in Auckland. Prior to that he held senior architecture positions at ASB Financial Group and Unisys.

Equinox IT Auckland General Manager Warren Hughes is rapidly growing and updating the company’s consulting services in Auckland.

“Cloud has become a dominant technology used by Auckland companies. Microsoft Azure especially provides incredible opportunities for these companies, however the technology does need specialist expertise to successfully get the right results” says Hughes.

“Sasan has an excellent reputation for his cloud expertise across the many Auckland companies he has helped. We’re thrilled to have him join the team to lead and deliver cloud architecture services for our clients.”
