Just Cabins wins two awards again at the Westpac Franchise Awards

Just Cabins has won “Franchise System of the Year” and “Franchisee of the Year” in the Lifestyle Services category at the Westpac New Zealand Franchise Awards 2016.

The awards were presented at a gala dinner in Auckland on Saturday 12th November 2016, before an audience including Hon. Paul Goldsmith, Minister for Commerce and Consumer Affairs.

This is the fourth year in a row that Just Cabins has won “Franchisee of the Year” in the Lifestyle Services category, with Ben and Jan Wood from the Northland franchise taking the top prize. They were commended on “providing excellent customer service” by the judges, who also commented that “this, combined with the quality of the product, has seen business growth with loyal customers providing a growing source of referrals”.

By additionally winning “Franchise System of the Year” in the Lifestyle Services category, Just Cabins has achieved a unique record of winning this title 5 times in a row.

In awarding Just Cabins “Franchise System of the Year”, the judges specifically commented, “Just Cabins is a great success story as in its short operating time it has managed to become fully subscribed by areas available for purchase by franchisees”.

Accepting the award, the Franchisor of Just Cabins, Fenton Peterken said, “As in previous years, I am absolutely delighted to accept this award. The fact that we have won it 5 years running is testimony to the quality of the products our factories produce, and to the service that our franchisees provide consistently across our network. I also want to recognize Ben and Jan Wood, our Northland franchisee, who won “Franchisee of the Year”, which is very well deserved as they are a great example of the quality of franchisees we have in the network”.
