Infrastructure NZ, in partnership
with the Canadian Trade Commission, is delighted to invite
you to a morning tea and panel discussion on the planning,
funding and delivery of infrastructure in Canada and New
Zealand.
The panel will feature George Zegarac, the Deputy Minister at the Ontario Ministry of Infrastructure; Mark Romoff, CEO of The Canadian Council for Public Private Partnerships; and Dan Marshall, the Head of PPP Programme at The New Zealand Treasury. This session will provide insights into the similarities and differences of how each nation makes use of Public Private Partnerships. A question and answer session will follow, facilitated by Stephen Selwood, CEO Infrastructure NZ.

Romoff
Mark Romoff is the President and CEO of The Canadian Council for Public-Private Partnerships. Established in 1993, CCPPP’s mission is to promote innovative approaches to infrastructure development and service delivery through public-private partnerships with all levels of government.
George Zegarac
George Zegarac is the Deputy Minister at Ontario’s Ministry of Infrastructure, which guides the province’s infrastructure plan and leads projects that strengthen its communities and economy. Ontario is making the largest infrastructure investment in the province's history—about $160 billion over the next 12 years.
Dan Marshall
Dan Marshall is the Head of PPP Programme at The New Zealand Treasury. There, he provides a vital link between Crown agencies and private sector participants in PPP projects. He has a background in corporate advisory, and is also a barrister and chartered accountant.
