Ravensdown appoints new General Manager of Culture and People
Ravensdown has appointed Katrina Benedetti to the position of General Manager of Culture and People.
Katrina has over 20 years of experience designing positive workplace environments that engage people through all stages of their employment.
“I am looking forward to joining an organisation that puts its shareholders, stakeholders and people at its heart. I am passionate about understanding and building on the culture within Ravensdown.
“For me, that means creating an environment where people want to come to work, give it their best and enjoy being part of the Ravensdown team. The health, safety and well-being of our people is a crucial part of that experience, as is ensuring we grow and develop our people to help them achieve their career objectives while collectively pursuing those of the organisation."
Benedetti was previously the General Manager of People and Culture at Landcare Research New Zealand. With her rural upbringing, she is excited to be working with the agricultural sector and to support Ravensdown as it enables smarter farming for a better New Zealand.
Greg Campbell, CEO of Ravensdown, said Katrina is a fantastic addition to Ravensdown.
"One of our greatest strengths is the people who work with us, and Katrina will be a great fit. We've worked hard at Ravensdown to develop a culture where people feel they are truly valued and everyone's contributions are welcomed. Katrina is passionate about building on this culture. “
