Real estate quarterly winners announced

Century 21 New Zealand

Thursday, 26 July 2018

2018’s second quarter real estate winners have been announced by Century 21 New Zealand.

“Albany’s outstanding performance has been the real story of the past quarter. For a franchise that’s less than three years old, they’re doing so well,” says Geoff Barnett, National Manager of Century 21 New Zealand.

Albany’s Century 21 Darrak Realty has been ranked the company’s seventh most successful office Australasian-wide for the quarter, with franchise owner Ivan Rakich awarded Top Principal for GCC (Gross Closed Commission).

At the same time Darrak Realty’s Sally Wang won Top Salesperson for GCC. The Albany salesperson was also the only one to receive the prestigious Diamond Award for leading in settled commissions for the quarter.

“It’s no wonder Ivan and his team at Century 21 Darrak Realty are profiled in the winter edition of 21 - our company’s glossy magazine which is distributed right across Australasia. Everybody simply wants to know their secret!”

Owner of Century 21 Premier (Palmerston North) Tim Kearins won Top Principal for Units (the number of properties listed and sold) while Top Salesperson for Units was Roger Webb of Century 21 Premier (Turangi).

Mr Barnett says the central Wellington franchise enjoyed another strong three months.

For the second quarter running, Wellington’s Century 21 First Choice Realty took out Top Office of the Quarter for both GCC and Units and was again Top Auction Office. Wellington was ranked the company’s fourth most successful office Australasian-wide.

Other Gold Award winners were Gary Matthews of Century 21 Gold Real Estate (Manurewa) and Cinnie Yeung of Century 21 Sunrise Realty (Sommerville).

Silver Awards went to Roger Webb of Century 21 Premier (Turangi); Ivan Rakich of Century 21 Darrak Realty (Albany); Barbara Craig and Pescha Eccles both of Century 21 Rural & Residential (Huntly); and Fenny Ang of Century 21 Edwards Realty (Botany).

Bronze Awards went to Tim Kearins of Century 21 Premier (Palmerston North); Christine Stevens of Century 21 Stevens Realty (Mangakino); and Joe Lupi of Century 21 First Choice Realty (Wellington).

The Gold Hat Award for achieving excellence in media promotion went to Liam Collett of Century 21 Collett Realty in Unsworth Heights on Auckland’s North Shore.

Property Management Office of the Quarter Over 250 (the highest number of new managements by an office with more than 250 managements) went to Century 21 Edwards Realty (Botany). Property Management Office of the Quarter (Under 250) was awarded to Century 21 Gadsby Realty (Te Awamutu).

Property Manager of the Quarter (Over 250) was Vicki Southgate of Century 21 Edwards Realty (Botany). Property Manager of the Quarter (Under 250) was Tara Kearins of Century 21 Premier (Palmerston North).

The Quality Service Award went to Colleen Edwards of Century 21 Premier (Palmerston North) and Russell Tolley of Century 21 Platinum (Tuakau) received the Recognition Award.

Administration Team Member of the Quarter was Eli Gadsby of Century 21 Gadsby Realty (Te Awamutu) and Personal/Sales Assistant of the Quarter was Dannielle Jaggard of Century 21 Premier (Palmerston North).

“Century 21 has attracted a lot of new listings in recent months and continues to produce strong sales data nationwide. These quarterly awards reflect the hard work and dedication from all our Century 21 family, including the many staff who contribute behind the scenes to our company’s success. It’s truly a team effort,” says Mr Barnett.
