The new Commerce Commission website is now live!

When you next visit our website you will notice it looks a little different.

We have built a brand new site with our users in mind to help you find what you are looking for easily and quickly.

Key differences you will notice are:

• information for consumers and businesses is organised by topic or situation rather than by legislation
• a new case register which holds enforcement outcomes, clearances, authorisations and selected investigations
• our regulatory projects have clear timelines and all related documents and media releases are located on the project page for easy reference and searching
• a central repository for all Commission documents where you can easily filter and search to find what you need
• a new Official Information register where we will publish a selection of our responses to requests under the Official Information Act 1982
• the search function has been improved to help you find what you need easily and quickly
• the new site is mobile responsive providing a better experience on mobile phones and tablets.
