2degrees announces two senior appointments

2degrees has today announced two changes to its executive team.

Jodie Shelley has been appointed to the role of Chief People Office - a role she has been ‘acting’ in since August 2018. Jodie has been with 2degrees since 2012 and prior to that has held key roles at Lion Nathan, Pernod Ricard and TVNZ.

“Jodie embodies our values and in her seven years with the business, has grown to be one of our finest leaders. She has made an excellent contribution to the senior team and is committed to developing our people and their leadership here at 2degrees,” said Stewart Sherriff, CEO of 2degrees.

Tracy Leighton has been named Chief Customer Operations Officer and on the Senior Leadership team. Tracy has been with 2degrees for five years and has more than 25 years’ experience in a range of industries including telco, banking and insurance.

“It’s crucial that our customers have a voice via Tracy and her team as we look to build the country’s best customer experience in this year of our 10th birthday,” said Stewart.

Stewart said the appointments were made together with incoming CEO (and current CFO) Mark Aue, whose own appointment was announced in January 2019. Mark will step into the CEO role, when a new CFO is found.
