Dunedin 4 March 2019: Tony O’Boyle has been re-appointed unopposed to the Silver Fern Farms Co-operative Board.

Chairman Rob Hewett said he was pleased with Tony O’Boyle’s re-appointment.

“This outcome provides good continuity for our co-operative. Tony has shown over his first term on the Board that he is a very capable, diligent and thoughtful contributor to our Co-operative’s Board. His un-opposed re-appointment gives the Board confidence we have on-going shareholder support for our direction.”

Director Tony O’Boyle was first elected to the board in December 2015.

The 2018 Annual Meeting will be held in Dunedin on 1 May 2019. The record date for voting will be 29 March 2019.
