The Boundless Innovation Of AI At The Innovate Summit

Artificial intelligence, also known as AI, is one of the most disruptive new technologies, making headlines nearly every day. Although the concept of AI has been around for decades, in the last couple of years, it has exploded onto the scene as one of the most promising technologies of the future. One of the most popular applications is the AI chatbot, which often takes the form of a virtual assistant that can directly respond to requests and return text-based answers for almost any type of problem. The range of these chatbot’s abilities is pretty incredible and soon will be built into the capabilities of every major business.

Currently, many businesses are beginning to implement the use of AI chatbots both internally and externally in their daily operations. Internal applications involve employees using AI chatbots to help them with daily tasks ranging from writing emails to developing marketing strategies for a new product. External applications could involve a customer service chatbot that customers can use for self-service cases, such as asking the chatbot which product they might be best suited for out of a company’s offerings.

Some examples of AI chatbots that are making waves include OpenAI’s ChatGPT. It has the incredible capabilities to respond to prompts and produce a detailed response for almost any type of request. It is capable of writing poems, producing code, drafting emails, and recommending traveling itineraries within mere seconds. As more users begin to input prompts into the AI platform, it is designed to “become smarter” by training itself with the data it receives. Outputs will become faster and even more accurate with each new version that is released.

After the successful release of ChatGPT, some of the biggest tech companies in the world began to release their own versions as well, such as Google and Microsoft. Customer service chatbots have begun to be used by major companies across a variety of different industries. Amazon, Bank of America, H&M, and Tesla, despite all serving completely different industries, have implemented chatbots for customers to receive help 24/7. Soon, self-serving will become the new norm, and customer service hotlines will be rendered completely obsolete unless there is a very unique request from a customer.

Due to the innovative nature of this technology, there is no better place for business leaders to discuss the future of AI chatbots than at the Innovate Summit. This conference is dedicated to creating a space for industry experts to discuss the most exciting trends facing the business world, and generative AI is bound to make this agenda for this year. Ideas will surely begin to circulate about the future applications of this technology, who will be affected by the reign of AI, and which jobs may eventually become replaced, among plenty of other very interesting points of discussion. The world of generative AI is only going to grow, and the Innovate Summit attendees will be right amid this hot topic.

“We’re entering a time when AI will redefine every industry, and Innovate Summit is the place to discuss how we navigate this shift. My goal is to help business leaders understand what’s coming, what they should be doing today, and how they can turn AI into their biggest advantage rather than a disruption they struggle to keep up with.” Michael Antonovych, Founder of SolaraCloud AI.
