Delivering For Good Returns To Help Kiwi Communities Go Further
NZ Post is proud to relaunch Delivering for Good, a programme that provides up to 34,000 free domestic courier services to 10+ charities and social enterprises across Aotearoa New Zealand.
Designed to take the pressure off organisations doing incredible mahi, the programme covers courier costs so they can focus on creating real impact in their communities — from improving mental health to increasing social inclusion.
Applications open Monday 28 April and close Sunday 18 May.
Conor Keane, Sustainability Governance Manager for NZ Post, says the programme is one way to help great organisations do even more for New Zealanders.
“Every day we connect people and places — this programme allows us to connect communities with the resources and support they need most. It’s a way we can back those doing big things.”
Since its launch in 2021, Delivering for Good has supported over 96,000 parcel deliveries across the country.
One organisation benefiting from the programme is the Mental Health Foundation, which has used it to send more than 424,000 free mental health and wellbeing resources since July 2024.
“The free deliveries from NZ Post have helped us scale up our operation to send even more mental health and wellbeing resources all around Aotearoa. These help people look after themselves, each other and their community – uplifting the wellbeing of Aotearoa one parcel at a time!” says Zooey Neumann from the Mental Health Foundation.
NZ Post is calling on organisations across Aotearoa to apply — whether they’re local legends or national names.
“We want to hear from groups helping people feel seen, supported and connected,” says Conor Keane. “From care packages to community goods — if you’re delivering for good, we want to help you deliver further.”
