This week at BATS the dance madness continues with Nervous Doll Dancing and Stomp n Grind - your last chance to get some Dance Your Socks Off down ya at BATS this year.

Nervous Doll Dancing Season: Wednesday 17 - Saturday 20 September Time: 8.30pm Tickets: $15/$10 A provocative instillation performance of music, dance and silent film. Bordering on the line between reality and make believe, dolls, music boxes and clocks come to life. Composed and improvised music drifts between pre-recorded, live and processed solo cello. Characters from imaginary dreams and memories become real through music by Francesca Mountfort, and dance /movement and film by You Jae Lee (Chair Water Air, Fringe NZ 2003).

Stomp n Grind Season: Thursday 18 - Saturday 20 September (Saturday already sold out!) Time: 6.30pm Tickets: $15/$10 Looking back on retro dance styles and filling you in on the very latest hip-hop and techno moves of today, Wlide Dance Troupe will take you on a spin through dance-land that will leave you wanting more. Twenty five dancers will be appearing in Stomp n Grind in a show that features an hour of non stop fresh and funky high NRG dance. Accompanying the group will be punk-rockers Assorted Sweets whose sounds have been an inspiration to the group.
