NEWS RELEASE

HUTT CITY FAST CARS EVENT READY TO ROLL THIS WEEKEND, WELLINGTON LEFT IN THE DUST

The Fastcars Autoshow, part of Hutt City's Geared Festival of the Motorcar, is all set to roll this Saturday 13th of March from 9am till 9pm at the Riverbank Carpark in Hutt City's CBD.

"Hutt City has a long historial association with the motor industry. We're proud of that association and that is exactly what the Geared Festival was set up to celebrate. We are confident that this will become an icon event drawing visitors with an interest in cars from all over the region and country.

"It is perhaps unfortunate, but not altogether surprising, that this newspaper devotes a large article to the postponement of a Wellington event while giving three lines to advising the public of an event being run in Hutt City under the Geared Festival brand."

Fastcars features a range of events including loads of tricked up cars performance cars, race cars V8's rally cars, Constructers Cars, American Classics, Drag Cars and Stock cars many of the countries top show performance cars...
