North Harbour Tigers 2004 Home Season

North Harbour Stadium is the new home ground for the North Harbour Tigers in New Zealand's National Rugby League Competition, the Bartercard Cup. This competition is the starting point for many of our countries top players, with players moving on to NRL and Kiwi teams. A number of former representative and current Vodafone Warriors players also feature in the competition.

In total the North Harbour Tigers will play eight Bartercard Cup home games at North Harbour Stadium during the 2004 season. With the first game to be played Friday the 30th of April against the Eastern Tornadoes.

The North Harbour Tigers Bartercard side is comprised of players selected from Northcote, East Coast Bays, Ponsonby, Glenfield & Navy clubs.

Friday 30th April @ 7.30pm- vs Eastern Tornadoes
Sunday 9th May @ 2.30pm- vs Marist Richmond Brothers
Sunday 30th May @ 2.30pm- vs Hibiscus Coast Raiders
Saturday 19th or Sunday 20th June @ 2.30pm- vs Canterbury Bulls
Sunday 27th June @ 2.30pm- vs Wellington
Friday 23rd July @ 7.30pm- vs Central Falcons
Sunday 1st August @ 2.30pm- vs Waicoa Bay Stallions
Sunday 15th August @ 2.30pm- vs Glenora Bears
Fox Memorial or other ARL competition games will be played as curtain raisers to each game.


The move by the North Harbour Tigers to North Harbour Stadium is part of New Zealand Rugby League's objective to grow the Bartercard Cup grade by making it a truly representative competition. Similarly other teams are linking to high standard venues and offering public and players the best facilities available.

Gate Entry is $5 for Adults and Children 16 and under are FREE. All gate revenue goes towards the North Harbour Tigers team and the 'Jets' , Junior Elite Training Squad - a programme for selected 13 to 17 year olds from all the North Harbour Tigers participating clubs.
