d>Art is up and running, at THE EDGE® (Aotea Centre) Upper NZI room, level 3. Make sure you get along to this exciting multi-media show of recent sound, web and film art from Australia and around the world. It is free, and only on for a week, so don't delay. Ends April 9th. Open from 9am until 9pm. We're sharing the space with Turbulent Flux, so the best times to come in are before 2pm Thursday, and all-day Friday and Saturday

If anyone would like to volunteer to keep an eye on the show for us this Saturday, even for a couple of hours, don't be afraid to call - we'd be ever so grateful. Also take note that the final screening of Pollywood lll is on April the 6th - TONIGHT - at Te tuhi – The Mark. See below for details.

Finally, a small plug from me. Orlando Clairmont is my name. As well as working at the MIC part-time (and collating these updates) I'm also working on a documentary about my father, the painter Philip Clairmont. If anyone has a big pile of 1hr VHS tapes they want to get rid of... tell me! I'm logging, begging and borrowing. Also, if you happen to own one of my father's works, and i haven't spoken to you already, i'd love to see it one day (and photograph it - for possible inclusion in the film). You can get in touch with me via orlando@mic.org.nz

Cheers

MIC
