The Da Vinci Debate

The Da Vinci Debate
Thursday 18 May

50% special bulk discount arrangement for schools, churches or other organisations

Dear Friends

Attached is a poster for a highly stimulating and challenging debate in Holy Trinity Cathedral, Parnell on Dan Brown’s book The Da Vinci Code. The film is to be released in New Zealand on the same night as the debate.

The Cathedral Chapter is offering to schools, churches and other organisations a discount of 50% on the ticket price of $10 (students $5) for orders of 20 tickets or more (which may be a combination of normal and student tickets if desired). Our hope is that bulk purchasers will see this as an opportunity to stimulate informed reflection on the issues raised by the book, as well as to generate some funds for their own organisation. Thus, for example, 50 tickets sold @ $10 each would mean a $250 surplus for the sponsoring group.

Tickets are available from the Cathedral Office, Phone Anne Rennie on 303 9500, or e-mail office@holy-trinity.org.nz Door sales will be available on the night.

An in-depth seminar with other speakers will be held on Saturday 27 May (9.30am – 2pm), in the Selwyn Library, 10 St Stephen’s Ave, Parnell, and advertised separately. Information on this seminar is available from the cathedral office, contacts as above.

Join us for a night of unprecedented interest and debate.
