Eighteen Winners Scoop $14,420 on Lotto Second Division
While Team NZ and the All Blacks both suffered defeats on Saturday night, eighteen lucky Lotto players were celebrating victory after winning $14,420 in Lotto Second Division, says NZ Lotteries' Chief Executive, Todd McLeay.
The eighteen lucky tickets were purchased in Manukau (2), Tauranga (2), Hamilton (2), Rotorua, Taumarunui, New Plymouth, Featherston, Blenheim (2), Kaiapoi, Christchurch (2), and Dunedin (3).
"This weekend's winner's stretch from North to South giving windfalls to players all over both islands," says Mr McLeay.
One of these lucky stores, Countdown Kaiapoi in Kaiapoi, also sold a winning First Division ticket worth $500,000 as well as the Second Division ticket worth $14,420.
