Hundreds of exhibitors will be showcasing, sampling and selling hundreds of innovative foods and wines, as well as associated products and kitchen equipment.

There will be a Preview Day on Thursday 2 August, with only 2,500 tickets available at $30 each. This day, designed for VIPs and die-hard foodies, will be the only chance for fans to get a glimpse of Tetsuya, who will be showcasing his skill at 2.30pm in the Electrolux Cooking Theatre.
