Sounz Takes Roadshow on City Tour

SOUNZ, the Centre for New Zealand Music will be taking a Roadshow to Auckland, Hamilton, Dunedin and Christchurch in the first two weeks of October. (It is hoped that the presentation will be taken to other centres will be visited later in the year or early next year.)

The presentation will cover what SOUNZ is and what it does – but will especially feature a preview of the new website which will be launched in the week of November 26th, 2007. This website, with sample scores, audio and video and much more comprehensive searching will transform the way in which people can explore, discover and access the music of New Zealand Composers.

This Roadshow and the new website will be of interest to anyone involved with the music of New Zealand composers: Educators (school and private) students, composers, performers, musical directors and conductors, choral, instrumental, experimental musicians, media, arts and festival managers and programmers, presenters, performing artists, ....
