MEDIA RELEASE - FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

International Street Dance Showcase Heads To NZ

International urban dance legends mix it up with the best of New Zealand's dance talent in Get Served Desire 2 Dream Tour in Auckland in November.

The Get Served Desire 2 Dream Tour is at Vector Arena in Auckland on Saturday 10 November and is set to be one of the biggest urban dance and music tours to hit New Zealand.

The showcase is a street dance spectacular featuring three of urban music's most popular artists, Omarion, Marques Houston and Avant, together with New Zealand's "Desire 2 Dream" dance showcase performing live for the very first time in New Zealand.

With the emerging hype of dance music, movies, and celebrities, street dance has become a universal language uniting all who speak it.

New Zealand performers are now recognised as leading international dancers and the "Desire 2 Dream" dance showcase is a street dance spectacular involving New Zealand's top performers, crews and choreographers.

Collaborating together in an exclusive street dance production, our world hip-hop champions Triple8Funk (World Hiphop Championships 2007, Los Angeles), Fusion, Dziah, TMC, Fearless, NZ champions Sweet & Sour, ReQuest and students from the D2D Dance programme, will present an international production displaying the evolution of dance.

Get set for a mind blowing stage show featuring a fully choreographed dance show over a massive five hour performance with a full-scale sound, lighting and stage extravaganza designed to provide an unrivalled experience.

Get Served Desire 2 Dream takes place at Vector Arena, Auckland on Saturday 10 November. Tickets are $69-95 and are available through Ticketmaster.
