WHAKAREHU - Daily at 7.50 PM in Maori and repeated at 11.20 PM with English subtitles
New! Maori language segments - 10 minutes a day - featuring patheons of the Maori world discussing the major news issues of the year. ASK YOUR AUNTIE CHRISTMAS SPECIAL - Monday December 24 at 8.30 PM
Host Ella Henry and her bevy of advisers present a Christmas Eve special incorporating their no-nonsense wisdom. Tama Waipara and band will perform a special song, and viewers will get a behind-the-scenes look at some of the help agencies featured throughout the year.

ITI POUNAMU (NZ SHORT FILMS) - Monday December 24 at 9.30 PM
Sure To Rise: The story of April, a child-like recluse who finds a broken man in the sand while beachcombing and takes him home - but this tiny semi-industrial area is threatened by the expansion of industry. With studio guest, Juliette Veber from the NZ Film Commission.

WAKA REO - Tuesday December 25 at 8.00 PM
The grand finale of the unique reality show that turns an ordinary New Zealander into a Maori language speaker - and winner of $10,000. The top two contestants take on the last tasks to decide who will become the ultimate winner of the third series.

NGA RIPO - Wednesday December 26 at 8.00 PM
She was a songbird, a big sister and a star of the silent screen - 101-year-old Witarina Harris (Te Arawa) passed away earlier this year, just a month after agreeing to share her birthday celebrations, her whanau and friends and her remarkable philosophy of life with this documentary series.

MA TATOU PRESENTS BROMASTERS - Tuesday December 25 at 6.30 PM
Te Hamua Nikora and Brent Mio pose the question, 'Whose Bro Are You Anyway?' in this Christmas Day exclusive. With hilariously 'Hori Improv Games' that include a 'Have Yourself a Hangi' charade, the one-hour special will be a laugh for all the whanau.

HOMAI TE PAKIPAKI CHRISTMAS - Tuesday December 25 at 8.30 PM
The popular karaoke show returns for a Christmas Day special with celebrity singers including presenters Te Hamua Nikora and Miss Black as well as Taisha, Ben Lummis, Eroni Clarke, Helen Crown, Tigi Ness, Whakaangi Rongonui, Jamoa Jam, Dale Husband and 'Auntie' Mabel Wharekawa-Burt.

As a rural Kiwi town prepares for a visit from the Queen of England, no-one is more excited than 13-year-old Elizabeth - until she meets an elderly Maori woman and hears her compelling stories about her tribe's history and culture. A charming and inspirational Boxing Day feature film.

MA TATOU NEW YEAR'S SPECIAL - Sunday December 30 at 6.30 PM
The party continues as the iwi-tainment community events show - presented by Te Hamua Nikora and Veeshayne Patuwai - bids farewell to 2007 and looks to the future with special guests, roots reggae tunes and food to tantalise the taste buds.
